The South London Gallery (SLG) is committed to protecting your privacy and fulfilling its obligations under UK data protection laws.

The SLG collects data from you when you ask to be placed on its mailing list or offer it your support. The SLG will only use this data in order to inform you of its activities and improve its services. The SLG shall not sell, rent, distribute or otherwise make your data commercially available to any third party, except with your prior permission, or under the unlikely circumstance that it is required to disclose your data by a court order or to comply with other legal requirements.

The copyright in the contents of this website are owned by the South London Gallery and reproduction or extraction for the purposes of remote storage, display, public performance, broadcast, rental, leasing or lending is prohibited, unless permission is explicitly granted.

For living artists or those that died less than 70 years ago there is a separate copyright in their works, in addition to the copyright in photographic reproductions. Copyright in images of artwork on the SLG website is as credited and it is your responsibility to obtain permission from the copyright holder before a reproduction of any work is made.
