WED, MONTHLY, 7PM, FREE

A monthly forum for anyone interested in play, art, socially engaged practice and everything in between.

Each month a guest speaker presents a topic for discussion, focusing on themes relating to the Play Local project. A crossover between training, a discussion group and a social gathering; this is an opportunity to meet other local people and share ideas amongst the group. Refreshments are provided.

Previous speakers in 2014 have included playworker Bob Hughes in February; artist Lawrence Bradby in March; Nick Jackson, Play Development Manager for Hackney Council, in April; and Stuart Lester, Senior Lecturer in Playwork at the University of Gloucestershire, in May; John Fitzpatrick and Bridget Handscombe, founders of Playwork London, in June; Reem Charif, Co-founder of Febrik, in August; Jess Thom, artist, writer and part-time superhero, in September; Joel Seath, playworker and writer, in October.

Free to attend and open to anyone aged 16 or over. Childcare is available on request.
