The Sunday Spot: Aldean Blair

4 & 11 June 2017, 2-4pm, Clore Studio, Free

Overview

For the first two Sunday Spot sessions in June musician and artist Aldean Blair invites you to come and transform the Clore Studio into a Xenoverse full of your imagination. The Xenoverse is an epic place that appears when we use our imagination to transform where we are. It is a dimension that exists everywhere in everyone and it is brought to life through play.

You will also have a chance to visit the ‘music temple’ where you can make jumping music with magical sound making machines and there will be performances from Aldean Blair on the piano.

All sessions are inclusive, for more information on access to the gallery please read here.

Please note that you don't have to attend all sessions to take part. The Sunday Spot is an ongoing series of free, drop-in family activities which takes place every Sunday from 2-4pm, suitable for children aged 3-12 years.

Biography

Heart n Soul artist Aldean Blair is a musician and a performer. Aldean does a lot of drawings, designs his own costumes and makes characters. He builds things from his imagination. Aldean makes Jazz and Freestyle music through improvisation. He has six keyboards and is dreaming about getting the seventh.

To realise his ideas Aldean works with other artists. There is Ned Smith a musician, Hannah Wood who makes costumes and set designs, and Gemma Rowan from Sounds Like Chaos who makes performances.
