Writer and critic Tom McDonough gives a talk about Amie Siegel's work to accompany her solo show at the South London Gallery.

Tom McDonough is a writer and critic based in central New York and Toronto. He writes extensively on contemporary art, including major essays on Isa Genzken, Matt Keegan, Annette Kelm, and Wolfgang Tillmans. Recent articles have appeared in journals such as Afterall,Bomb, The Brooklyn Rail, Canadian Art, October, Parkett, and OSMOS, where he is a contributing editor. His anthology on boredom is forthcoming in the “Documents in Contemporary Art” series from the Whitechapel. He has taught at University of California, Berkeley and Harvard, and currently is Associate Professor of Art History at Binghamton University, State University of New York.
