Join artist Jenny Pengilly across three Sundays in May to make funny and unusual gloves. Children and families are invited to embrace silliness and absurdity as we experiment with various shapes, textures and sizes that provoke us to perform in different ways.
Sunday Spot is an ongoing series of free, drop-in family activities which takes place every Sunday from 2-4pm, suitable for children aged 3-12 years. All sessions are inclusive, for more information on access to the gallery please read here.
Jenny Pengilly is an artist educator interested in exploring different types of knowledge through multisensory engagement with materials, placing particular importance on the absurd. Jenny delivers creative workshops in partnership with museums, galleries and community groups and runs the education programme at the Estorick Collection of Italian Modern Art.
