Born in Paris to Beninese parents, Philippe Sonou drew his inspiration to become a chef from his mother’s delicious recipes.
With 18 years of experience in France, including three years at Le Mandarin Oriental Paris working alongside two-star Michelin chef Thierry Marx, Philippe’s passion for exploring new tastes and horizons eventually brought him to London. As a semi-finalist on MasterChef: The Professionals UK, he has demonstrated his exceptional culinary skills and creativity.
