Join us for an interactive somatic movement workshop led by Sia Gbamoi, encouraging participants to slow down and experience the body as a mutating ecosystem in connection to the sounds and themes of the exhibition.
Attendees can expect a focus on breath, body scan, gentle energising and grounding, co-regulation with low/no contact options, opportunities for writing/mark making, and movement in response to/in conversation with the surrounding artwork.
Doors open at 9am, the workshop will begin at 9.30am.
