The Empress Market supper club brings together the contradictory elements that shape Pakistani food and culture.

MENU

HUNTER // the carnivore menu

Ganday/Garam Anday – beet & soy stained quails eggs, pickled walnuts, nut & seed panjari

Hunter Beef Sando – date & jaggery cured beef, white warburtons, honey spiced apple mustard sauce

Bitair -saffron burnt quail, grape confit, crispy vine leaves, toasted hazelnuts

Kadu aur Daal – Pakistani 5 spice crown prince pumpkin, black masoor daal, coriander chutney

Kheer Ladu – coconut milk arancini, chickpea halwa, burnt cinnamon plums
