The New Work series presents new and unpublished work, creating a space for writers to push the envelope with their ideas before any rounds of edits. They welcome vulnerability and earnestness.
At the SLG, there will be readings by Robin Craig, Sean Tanner, Nicole Flattery and Rachel Connolly.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Isis O’Regan is a culture publicist and founder of The Sugar Factory PR, she is also a sound artist and poet.
Rachel Connolly is a London-based writer from Belfast. She has written for the New York Times Magazine, Guardian, Baffler, Financial Times, and many other publications.
Nicole Flattery is the author of the story collection Show Them a Good Time. She is the winner of the An Post Irish Book Award, the Kate O’Brien Prize, the London Magazine Prize for Debut Fiction, and the White Review Short Story Prize. Her work has appeared in the Stinging Fly, the Guardian, the London Review of Books, and elsewhere.
Sean Tanner’s work has appeared in the Irish Times, The Lonely Crowd and The Holly Bough. In 2017 he received the Hennessy New Irish writing award for first fiction, and in 2018 he received the John McGahern Award.
Robin Craig is a London-based writer interested in sex, death, and disaster. He is currently working on his first book, Perverts: A History, which will be published with John Murray Press. You can find him online at his Substack.
