Chef Izzeldin Bukhari runs Jerusalem-based supperclub and food tour enterprise Sacred Cuisine and has a boundless knowledge of Palestinian food.
He has delivered dinners, lectures and workshops with a focus on his Sufi roots the world over.
On the night Izzeldin will prepare three courses of regional, vegetarian Palestinian cuisine and share his stories of how food connects Palestinians to the land as well as tales from his food tours in the Old City of Jerusalem.
A selection of great value wines, beers, cocktails and soft drinks will be available to purchase as well as Palestinian olive wood products.
