Ingredients are the heart of Gem‘s cooking. Sourced from trusted farmers and growers, their 4-course menu is at the height of the season, transforming produce into vibrant dishes with exciting flavor combinations – all with a low-waste approach to cooking.

Kombu cured Orkney scallop,

Roasted guinea fowl
braised sweet onion with hazelnut crumb, red wine salsify, caramelized cauliflower, vadouvan leg meat tortellini and Madeira cream

Conference pear and pecan crunch
milk ice cream with salted caramel

ABOUT GEM

Kacper and Emma are the duo behind London Supper Club Gem. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Kacper is a passionate Michelin-trained chef who learned culinary excellence alongside top chefs in Newcastle, Edinburgh, Devon and London. Emma began her career in France, training and working within communications and marketing. A move to London opened up new horizons as she expanded her expertise and passion for the hospitality industry.

Together, they bring Gem – an opportunity to share our vision of hospitality and create memorable moments around the table.

Tickets include our 4-course menu. Drinks can be purchased on the night at the venue. Please note our seating plan includes one long table, as well as two individual ones. Subject to availability.
