Join us on a journey back in time to Ancient Rome.
Inspired by the writings of Apicius and Cato the elder, chefs Will Faris and James Wyse have created dishes seasoned from the Roman larder of garum, infused honies, sweet grape must, herbs and spices that have been carefully researched and prepared.
The evening combines literature, historical research and the love of bringing people together with food.
