This winter, embrace the untamed spirit of the season at Boreas’s Feast – a singular dining experience that reimagines Greek mythology through the visionary lens of Chef Marios Miliorellis. Inspired by Boreas, the Greek god of winter, this exclusive seasonal menu combines ancient lore with the rugged, earthy flavors of the UK’s wild landscapes.

Chef Marios, a native of the Greek islands embarked on his culinary journey to mainland Europe as a young chef. He honed his skills in the world’s most renowned kitchens, training under celebrated chefs and rising through the ranks in Michelin-starred restaurants across Amsterdam, Copenhagen, and London. His adventures took him to prestigious establishments such as L’Ortolan and the iconic Noma, the Copenhagen restaurant celebrated as the “World’s Best.”

Now, with Boreas’s Feast, Chef Marios invites diners to experience winter’s wild flavors in a setting that celebrates the mystery and majesty of the season. Each dish draws from rich, local ingredients – wild game, forest herbs, and foraged treasures – to bring Boreas’s icy essence to life.
